Most families building in Bengaluru get passed between a designer who never visits the site, a contractor who quietly subcontracts to strangers, and a bill that grows every single month. The house gets built — the trust doesn't survive it.
Ciara Homes was started to remove every one of those hand-offs. Design happens at your doorstep. Engineering, labour and supervision stay in-house. The price is locked in a detailed BOQ before the first brick, and the site runs under CCTV you can open any time, from anywhere.
100+ homes later, most of our new work still comes the only way that matters — one family handing our number to the next.
And it isn't only homes. The same in-house team also builds commercial spaces — retail, office and mixed-use developments — carrying over the fixed-price BOQ and the live-site transparency to projects where the stakes and the scrutiny are higher.

I am Vishnu Malepati, a 37-year-old Civil Engineer with over 15 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and executed a wide range of residential, commercial, and apartment projects, delivering quality construction with a strong commitment to engineering excellence.

A Civil Engineering graduate with 9+ years of experience in the construction industry, including 6+ years in construction sales and operations, Mustaq has worked with leading construction companies in Bangalore in leadership roles such as Pre-Sales Head and Sales & Operations Head.
Throughout his journey, he witnessed the common challenges faced by homeowners — multiple subcontractors, lack of transparency, project delays, and unexpected cost escalations during construction. Driven by a vision to eliminate these pain points, he founded Ciara Homes with one simple promise:
